Generally I was quite pleased with the hotel. I do have a few points of criticism, however. The design of the shower seemed exceptionally poor, as it was necessary to direct the showerhead to one corner of the stall to prevent water from spraying and leaking all over the bathroom. There could also be a barrier on the floor between the stall and the rest of the bathroom to keep water contained. Also, occasionally the shower would flash 100% hot water, possibly because of a brief pressure drop in the cold water flow. Finally, although we set our AC to approximately 20-21 C, the temperature of the room typically stayed between 23-24 C if the room was sealed. It was a small difference, but we felt that the AC system was not responding to our inputs or was otherwise partly ineffective. Other than that, we had a lovely stay, and we would recommend it to other tourists, particularly those from English-speaking countries.
