14.05.2011 We have returned from a five night stay in Greece and in Milos Bay villas. The place is beautiful, the location and the beach below are amazing. From the moment we arrived there were no hot water in the two villas we rented for our 8 adults and 4 babies. Despite many calls and SMS into the night the problem was only looked into 24 hours later and 48 hours later, after little attention we were told that it cannot be fixed and we can either leave or stay without water. During that time the owner told us the problem was fixed, though he still didn't know what the problem was.
Many other smaller problems such as the lack of WiFi, PC, DVD library ,drier (as promised in the website), leaking bath etc were fully ignored. We consoled ourselves in the view and the hot bucket (boiled water) showers we took during the five days. It is the unfriendly attitude and total lack of service that really annoyed us as we were hoping for a quality vacation after coming from abroad for five days

27.09.2009 we had a wonderful time at the villa...we only had a week but it was perfect..the villa is very clean and homely...the views were fantastic...the villa is well worth staying at...you will need to hire a car to get to the villa and go out and about...but i can assure you that it is so relaxing and the views are wonderful that you probably wont feel like going anywhere!!! i loved it so much i want to go back already....thankyou

Everything was perfect.Better than the photos in the ad
The view was breathtaking.Luxury villas with all the facilities as described in the ad.Everything was very clean,including the pools
The owner and the staff were very helpfull
Lefkas is a fantastic island
We will visit Milosbayvillas next summer again

19.10.2009 I have a lot of years travelling in Greece and especially Ionian islands
This is the only really beachfront villa i ever found there.I am sure that is the only beachfront villa in Lefkas island.I have search the island very carefully the last three years i spend my holidays there with my family
I had a wonderfull time at this villa last summer.Villa is superb.It is so close to the crowded,but very nice, Agios Nikitas village but at the same time is so secluded over this magnificent beach wher you can enjoy your barbeque during the sunset from the terrace
Very clean and the service from the staff is excellent.There is a boy who clean the pool every day.The island is very beautifull.Just some km from the villa there are three or four very big beaches.
We spent our two weeks holidays next to the sea.Really relaxed holidays
I recommend this villa to everyone

17.11.2009 Marvellous place,unbelievable view,helpfull staff.And the beach?What can i say about the beach below the villas?I didnt expect to finda beach like this in Mediteranean
Its a 1.5 km tropical beach with no more than 40 people in July
I recommend this place to anyone,exept very old people and people with mobility problems
Agios Nikitas village ,2 km away is a very nice village to spend some afternoons and taste the local food

04.10.2008 Fantastic view from the houses.Best beach on the island just infront of us.Great service and friendly people.There is staff who cleans every day ,the houses and the pools.Traditional Greek furnitures and stone built houses.We had no problem with our pets because its a pets friendly property
The view to the Mediterenean durind the sunset is unbeliavable.One of the best places in Greece
Next year we will be back again

03.07.2007 I must start with the view; the Villas have a great view, 221 steps up from the beach!!

If you are not training as a tri-athlete be very aware.

The following list of items is problems we encountered with the Villa.

The Villas are very Child un-friendly or Elderly unfriendly as there are 62 steps down from the car park and 221 steps further down to the beach. There is railing around the decking but children will easily fit through them and can fall down large drop offs all around the properties. Inside the Villas you will find a reasonable bathrooms, 1 with a small shower box, 60 cm radius, barely enough to turn around in.
The toilets do not allow toilet paper to be flushed, using a rubbish bin instead does become smelly. There is a TV located 2.3 metre up the wall! There is very little Cutlery or Crockery, no bathroom mats, no laundry baskets, nono Barbeque, No cooking utensils and no cushions on the sun beds.
The properties are advertised as Luxury, they are definitely not
