i had wonderful holidays here, went to stromboli and the other islands, done a diving course in tropea, relaxed, had fun in the irish bar, enjoyed relaxing in the squares eating pizza and drinking wine. Took the train and ferry to sicilly. went to markets, shopping centres u can do plently of stuff. the place comes alive in august with fests in the streets, plently of little towns in surrounding areas, loads to see. the scenery is fab, would recommend it, it is v. child friendly. suitable for families.
