26.02.2011 Abbiamo avuto l'occasione di scoprire questo bellissimo albergo e vogliamo riassumere l'esperienza vissuta in qualche parole:camere arredate con estremo gusto, terrazza per colazione mozzafiato, Ogni oggetto é messo in valore, vista dalle camere eccezzionale, personale attento e gentile, assolutamente da non perdersi per un ricordo in tutto e per tutto raffinato,Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e molta generosità nell'impronta data.Abitiamo a Ginevra e lo consigliamo assolutamente. Mille Grazie Hotel Villa Carlotta un 5 stelle in assoluto.

01.12.2010 Just returned from 4 nights at Villa Carlotta. My husband and I were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. The stay began with a complimentary upgrade from the junior suite to an ocean view suite. What a nice way to start our stay!! The grounds were very pretty, the hotel was very conveniently located in the town close to great restaurants and the main street - Corso Umberto. The room was wonderful and spacious, the bed comfortable, the bathroom roomy. But what I really want to rave about are the people that run/work this hotel. Simona, Riccardo , and Maria....oh how I loved her - she worked the breakfast room and was such a bright, warm ray of sunshine that treated us like family every single day. I just think they were all so wonderful and couple that with a very nicely run boutique hotel and you have yourself a WINNER!

02.12.2010 For my third visit to Taormina I stayed at the elegant castle-like boutique Villa Carlotta for 3 nights. On the first evening, when I arrived, Simona came to greet me like a V.I.P. after I got out of the chauffeured car! WOW, I fell in love with Villa Carlotta at once after seeing a very characteristic lobby with huge Arab windows! She took me to the roof top Sicilian character restaurant to meet Antonella who provided me with a welcome drink. I enjoyed drinking in the galaxy Tower lounge with the lovely ‘red’ coloured lights! I loved my charming room with pretty décor!

The next morning, I opened my room’s curtains – WOW, what an amazing sea view at sunrise – like paradise with the palm trees! I enjoyed my breakfast on the outdoor breakfast terrace outside the roof top restaurant with a stunning sea view! Villa Carlotta has a beautiful garden and swimming pool!

My thanks to Mr and Mrs Quartucci and all members of the staff for all their kind hospitality with great services!

27.12.2010 I have traveled all over the world, staying in lovely hotels but we have never experienced quite the level of comfort and style that the Villa Carlotta provides.

I can`t to describe in few words what makes this hotel so special. Of course, the beautiful terrace, the magic Etna between sea and sky, the traditional Italian breakfast on the terrace, and of course all the staff made us feel at home and were caring, friendly and kind .

The concierge also provided nice prosecco wine and flowers from me for my partner, as this was our honeymoon.


We will definitely want to go back, and we will recommend it to our friends and family.

26.11.2010 First off, the staff of this Taormina boutique hotel is outstanding!!! We drove in from the airport and were greeted immediately. We handed off the keys to the rental car and were on our way to fun! If you've visited Italy very often, you know that parking is ALWAYS an issue, so this was a refreshing change. Our rooms were AWESOME!! Clean and very beautifully decorated. After we settled into our rooms, we went up to the rooftop for an afternoon aperitif and were greeted warmly by Maria. She is fantastic and brought out some refreshing prosecco for the adults and some juices for the children. The entire stay was pure magic. Breakfast in Italian hotels is most always included and is usually nothing too spectacular . . . well, the Hotel Villa Carlotta has a beautiful breakfast!! From fresh fruits and juices to all sorts of local egg dishes and vegetables. There was also a table with meats and cheeses and even a table with sweets. All this . . . AND a great cappuccino!!

25.09.2010 Una vacanza di assoluto relax, il personale tutto gentile, ci siamo proprio sentiti a casa. Panorama unico, non vedevamo l'ora di fare colazione per gustarci i dolci freschi fatti la mattina stessa dalla cuoca dell'albergo. Con il comodo bus navetta andavamo in spiaggia, mentre il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Grazioso il parco comunale a due passi. Consigliatissimo.

27.09.2010 Ho trascorso con il mio fidanzato una delle settimane più belle della mia vita!! Ringrazio di cuore tutto lo staff, dalla reception alle signore del ristorante!! Ottima location, la colazione è a dir poco FAVOLOSA: ricca di prelibatezze che richiamano la tradizione siciliana e non solo! Non ho più dubbi su dove andare in luna di miele: Villa Carlotta è il luogo ideale che consiglio a tutti!! Atmosfera rilassante ed accogliente..complimenti!!!

Rosaria (the owner) welcomes you to her home and embraces you with warmth and hospitality. From the front desk up to the rooftop terrace restaurant you feel like a distinguished guest.
This carefully-preserved archaeological site inspires all the senses: an eigth century castle with genuine catacombs at your fingertips, a view of Mt. Etna at mealtime, flavorful local cuisine, and personally-guided local excursions.
From the moment we left we promised ourselves that we would soon return to our "home away from home."
