22.10.2011 I had a fantastic holiday while staying at this hotel. First of all, the staff is friendly and welcoming and the hotel has a lovely, homely feeling to it. Rooms are nice and spacious, always impeccably clean. And, wow! The breakfasts we had! I was there for a late summer holiday and would go mountaineering for the day, so I needed loads of energy and definitely got it off their 'colazione'!
All in all, we had a great time and would absolutely recommend this hotel for anybody who'd like to experience a real Alpine holiday and enjoy some, good, old-fashioned italian warmth.
Staying at the Garni'Roberta is a must if you are in the Marmolada area for your holidays!

19.07.2011 Hotel Garni Roberta is located directly in front of the first lift in the vally to the Passo Fedaia.
These gives direct acces to the Sella Ronda, Marmolada and Canazei.
We visited the hotel in summertime to hopefully do some summerskiing before going to Venice. Halas summerskiing is not supported anymore due to global warming although ther was surely enough snow on the glacier this year.
I skied this part of the Dolomites a few winters and I must say it is the best scenery in all of the Alps.
You will find your stay at Hotel Garni Roberta worthwhile in wintertime as well in summertime.

19.07.2011 Meteen bij de eerste sleeplift die de Marmolada, Sella Ronda en Canazei ontsluit. Heerlijk hotelletje in mooi dal.
Ik ben hier in de zomer geweest om te wandelen, maar ik weet uit eigen ervaring dat het hier heerlijk skiën is in de winter.
En de Dolomiti zijn echt de mooiste bergen van de Alpen.
Eigenaresse is enorm vriendelijk.
