02.04.2010 Great, new, spacious, luxurous appartments, overlooking the magnificent bay of Imsouane. Extremely large terraces where 8 people can eat and relax, enjoying a fantastic view! Swimming pool had 20 degrees on March 25. Walking distance from beaches, between colourfull massive stone walls, that give great colours in the morning and evenings. Walking distance of very typical village with a lot of couleur local. Not a surfer, I want to go back to be away from stress, and enjoy the great beaches and couleur local. Magnificent Essouira is only 2 hours away and offers great shopping and a lot of nice restaurants, fine art galleries.

It has everything a great (surf)house needs!

Board X has built a very beautiful house on a beautiful location, I really would like to go again.

21.04.2010 This apartment is definitely the best place in Imsouane. If you check out the pics you might think it is fake, but it is just like that for an incredible price, if you go with 6 to 8 persons. 8 is cozy, concerning the sleeping possibilities, but ok, less is pure luxury.
I won't talk about showers, kitchen or living room - there is everything you might expect, but more!
We booked a week short after the apartments were finished, so they were some minor problems with negligibly things like doorknobs, that surly will be fixed soon.
The spot is perfect for beginners to pros, concerning the season.
But bordXhouse is the best place in Imsouane to spend a great surf holiday with a couple of friends.
GO FOR IT!
