This was our third time at Hagleitner, and it was great as always.
As our skiing holidays always last a week, the facilities of the hotel as well as the service you get allow you to get the most out of your holiday time.
The kids have more than enough to do and are treated to a fantastic buffet meal (french fries, pasta, pizza, and other yummy things that kids love) every night.
The convenience is great: the ski school comes to the hotel to book the lessons, the ski rental comes to the hotel to measure your sizes and equip you, there is a shuttle bus to and from the ski lift and the kids are accompanied to their ski lessons and the lunch breaks in between! There are also lockers near the ski lift specially for Hagleitner guests!
As a special treat for the parents, there is the Spa and Fitness facility of the neighboring Mavida hotel (reachable by indoor tunnel). The facilities are superb and top class!
For us this is the only choice for our winter holiday!

After holidaying at four other kinderhotels in Austria, it's Hagleitner that we'll be going back to for the best all round holiday experience. As soon as we saw the huge Pongo monkey at the entrance, we knew this would be a special place for children. Our boys, then aged 1 and 3, loved the swimming pools, kids' clubs, pony rides, teepee day and sandy play area. And as a mum of young children, i felt safe seeing the swimming pool area fenced off and overjoyed with the baby facilities that were available to use, such as nappies, baby food jars and heating facilities. Small, yet important touches are what made this holiday so relaxing, such as providing tricycles for the children to ride on and play together whilst we could enjoy a glass of wine together in the evening. The Hagleitner hut beside the lake, a short ride in the car, provided a delightful afternoon, with a paddle boat with slide to hire for the children. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff - the perfect holiday!
