My girlfriend and I had planned on staying two nights. We booked a Jeep Safari through the hotel for the first morning. The Jeep picked us up from the hotel, drove us to a gas station on the other side of town, and had us wait there for nearly an hour. Then, they said we had to fill in empty seats in one of the Jeeps, meaning we couldn't sit together. So needless to say, we cancelled.
When we arrived back to V-GO, we informed the management we had cancelled and they said that they had already paid for the tour, that it was our choice to cancel, and that we had to pay for it anyway. Obviously we refused since that's ridiculous. Long story short, one of the managers became upset enough to start swearing at my girlfriend. When I told him to stop and suggested we speak privately, he forcefully shoved me towards a nearby door. I walked outside with him following me and as soon as I turned around to talk to him, he sucker-punched me in the nose. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!
